Shannon was born and raised in the Kingston area but is proud to call Napanee her home with her husband, Kevin and son, Deagan. She loves being part of a more intimate community where everywhere you turn you are greeted by a familiar face. Shannon has a 4 year Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree at Queens in Philosophy. After graduating she planned to pursue a career as a lawyer but her strong passion for sales and customer service led her to a successful career in real estate instead. She began her journey in real estate in 2008 and looks forward to continuing to build a strong and dynamic team that provides exceptional customer service to their clients! Shannon provides service to the Kingston and Napanee Areas. Shannon prides herself in honesty, hard work and truly listening to and understanding her clients different needs and wants. Born and raised in Napanee, Kevin has had the opportunity to make many lifelong friends and raise a family in his home town. He enjoys spending time with his family and riding dirt bikes in his free time. Having been in sales since 2000 with a health and nutrition company, Kevin has had the unique opportunity to travel internationally giving him lots of cultural and sales experience. He has been selling real estate since 2012. He is currently an active member of the Kinsmen Club of Napanee which keeps him connected to the community. Originally from Ottawa, Chris moved to the area in 1998 where she rented a home in Odessa. Shortly after arriving, she knew she was here to stay and subsequently purchased her first house just outside of Bath. She now lives in Napanee and loves spending time with her seven grandchildren. In 2002 Chris began selling real estate in the Kingston/Napanee area and served as a director on the KAREA board in 2008/2009. Chris cites that joining the amazing McCaffrey Team in 2013 was the best business decision she ever made! As a Broker Chris thoroughly enjoys overcoming the many different challenges that each transaction brings and knows how fortunate she is to work with the most incredible clients every day. Born in Toronto, Michele’s family moved to Napanee when her Dad accepted a teaching position at Napanee High School in the late 1960’s... and she never left. She has enjoyed raising her family in this great community and all it has to offer. Michele and her husband enjoy spending time with their family, especially their grandchildren. Her professional background prior to her Real Estate career includes 16 years as a Dental Assistant/Receptionist for a local dental office. This position enabled her to become well known in the community of Napanee as a trusted and caring individual. During her successful career as a Sales Representative which commenced in 2003, she has shown that people are her first priority. She continually strives to ensure that the buying and selling process remain as stress-free as possible for her clients. Kingston and Napanee real estate is now one of her passions. Kaila is Toronto born but found her home when her family moved to the beautiful Limestone city of Kingston! Kaila has a love of all things horse and home. This was complimented when she met her husband, Joshua, and discovered they were both raised in a family full of entrepreneurs who never stopped striving for perfection. Together, they unleashed their strengths and love into the housing industry and took the leap into buying a pleasant bungalow in Loyalist township that required a bit of refreshing. There they realized their attention to detail and desire for quality. After selling their first home, they continued their love of home building by constructing their next home together. Andrew began learning the Carpentry trade at the age of 14 and earned his Red Seal Ticket at age 25. He resides in Napanee with his 4 children and has a real passion for connecting with people. Andrew loves to serve more than just the Napanee area, expanding into Kingston and surrounding areas because of his passion to explore new places. He was previously a small business owner in Napanee and loves to contribute to the growth of this humble community.

Katie was born and raised in a small town forty minutes north of Napanee. Katie moved to the Kingston area 15 years ago to obtain a degree in Psychology from Queen's University. She currently resides in the small town of Seeleys Bay with her husband Justin, an independent contractor, and their four young children. Katie is member of the board of Skate Kingston and Kingston Synchro Skating and a proud hockey mom. As a running enthusiast, when she's not at the rink, she is competing in her next big race. Katie fell in love with real estate when she assisted her husband with the design of renovation project for one of his clients. This inspired Katie and Justin to purchase and restore an old Victorian House they are currently residing in. Katie is very passionate about all things real estate and helping clients realize the potential in what some might call the impossible.

Raised in the country, Melissa always knew she wanted to raise her children to love the country lifestyle just as much as she does. There, she currently lives on peaceful country acreage with her husband, and their two small children in the township of Stone Mills. Melissa is a familiar face to the real estate community as she previously worked for a real estate team, before spending 3+ years as a stay at home Mom to raise her children. Always longing for her return into real estate, the opportunity to join the McCaffrey Team was presented and Melissa knew without a doubt that it was meant to be. Her excitement, drive and passion for real estate is easy to see as she continues to grow personally and professionally. Her outgoing, helpful nature will not go unnoticed. Adam was born and grew up in Roblin Ontario. Coming from a large family Adam learned the importance of our homes as anchors in our lives. After graduating from St Lawrence College Adam began a career that eventually took him his partner and their two dogs, to live and work in Nova Scotia for a four-year adventure. While in Nova Scotia, Adam managed a large team along with complicated logistics and he exceled at getting it done right and on-time. Adam has always had a passion for three things: Real Estate, cars, and hiking. Nothing is better than getting the dogs and exploring the wilderness, except maybe a back-roads drive in a nice car. In 2022 opportunity knocked and Adam answered. He left his 13-year career, packed up his partner and dogs and headed home to Napanee to chase those life-long passions. Back in Napanee, Adam is happy to live and thrive in his home community with his family, especially his nieces and nephews. Adam is excited to join the McCaffrey team to live his passion and serve his community and help other people chase their dreams.

Krista was born and raised in Smiths Falls and currently lives in the Stone Mills area with her husband Adam and their two young children, Charlie and Eddie. Krista enjoys horseback riding and fishing with her family. Krista was drawn to the Napanee and surrounding area and loves being part of the close-knit community. Her background is in Office Administration and before joining the team earlier this year she worked as an office administrator with the Limestone District School Board. Since joining the McCaffrey Team, Krista has discovered her passion for Real Estate and plans to pursue her dream of becoming a licensed agent in the near future. In the office, Krista is known for her attention to detail as well as her friendly and helpful demeanor!
